Personal Interests/Hobbies:
I love being outdoors, playing sports (I've played rugby, flag football, tennis, and ran track to name a few), and supporting women's sports. On a rainy day you'll find me reading, scrapbooking, playing card or board games, playing pokemon, or listening to music. Otherwise I love going to concerts, mentoring students, doing crafts, roadtripping, petting-dogs, hiking, lifting, and bird-watching.
Medical Interests:
I'm interested in primary care, community health, continuous care, holistic healthcare, treating underserved communities, LGBTQIA+ care, women's health, sports medicine, challenging inequalities, the social determinants of health, and mental health.
Personal Statement:
As a future family physician I hope I can make not only a positive impact on my patients throughout their lives but also become part of the community I work in to help educate about and address health concerns.
