In partnership with the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), all primary care practices in Virginia were surveyed. Practices reported innovations to provide access to patients and address complex issues like unhealthy behaviors, mental health, and social needs. But practices also reported many significant stresses, which are likely much worse today due to COVID.
